The Big Bird Treasure Hunt, Delamont Country Park | Forest Activities

Start the year with a winter wildlife adventure on the Bird ID Treasure Hunt, a fun family-friendly activity perfect for anyone looking for outdoor events and things to do in Northern Ireland.

Explore the park as you search for hidden clues and discover more about the fascinating world of native birds. Along the trail, visitors can learn how to identify different bird species, uncover interesting facts about their habits and habitats, and find out how local wildlife survives during the colder winter months.

Inspired by the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch, the Bird ID Treasure Hunt encourages children and adults to spot, count and connect with the birdlife around them.

It’s a great choice for families, young nature lovers and anyone interested in wildlife, birdwatching and outdoor activities in Northern Ireland this winter.
