Two More Teens Apprehended in Carrickfergus after Petrol Bomb Attack on Police

In connection to the recent incident on Davys Street in Carrickfergus, where petrol bombs were hurled at police officers during the early hours of Saturday, December 2, detectives have made additional arrests. The two teenagers, aged 14 and 15, were apprehended on Sunday in Carrickfergus on suspicion of multiple offenses, including possessing a petrol bomb in suspicious circumstances, throwing a petrol bomb, disorderly behavior, and assault on police.

As of now, both individuals are in custody. A 15-year-old boy, previously charged on Saturday, is set to appear at Belfast Youth Court on Friday, December 29, facing allegations related to the same incident. His charges include possession of a petrol bomb in suspicious circumstances, throwing a petrol bomb, disorderly behavior, and assault on police.
