Christmas Support for Victims of Domestic Abuse

This Christmas, Nicola Michelle Aesthetics from Carrickfergus is partnering with Women’s Aid ABCLN to bring a touch of Christmas magic to families affected by domestic abuse.

Every child deserves the joy and wonder of Christmas, but for many living in abusive homes, the holiday season can be a time of fear and anxiety. Last year alone, the PSNI responded to over 100 calls of domestic abuse on Christmas Day, a stark reminder of the prevalence of this issue in our communities.

Women’s Aid ABCLN provides essential support, information, and emergency accommodation for women and children who are victims of domestic abuse across Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne, and Newtownabbey. Their services are a lifeline for those seeking safety and a chance to rebuild their lives.

This Christmas, Nicola Michelle Aesthetics is inviting you to join them in supporting Women’s Aid ABCLN and making a difference in the lives of those affected by domestic abuse. Here are ways you can help:

  • Make a donation: Visit the JustGiving page to make a monetary contribution to Women’s Aid ABCLN. https://justgiving.com/womensaidabcln
  • Donate gifts: Drop off new, unwrapped gifts at Nicola Michelle Aesthetics by December 13th. Gifts can include vouchers, food, fuel vouchers, All for One vouchers, toys, clothes, and other items for children and women of all ages.

Your generosity will bring much-needed joy and support to families in need this Christmas. Every contribution, big or small, can make a significant difference.

Together, we can create a brighter holiday season for those who need it most.
