A man’s body has been discovered in the water at Kilbroney Park in Rostrevor, Co Down, on Sunday morning.

Emergency services were called to the Shore Road area on 17 May following reports of a body in a section of river within the popular park.

The discovery was reportedly made by members of the public earlier in the morning.

Police have confirmed they are currently in attendance at the scene.
