Man Dies Following Two-Vehicle Collision in Clogher

A man aged in his 40s has died following a collision involving a car and a lorry on the Crossowen Road in Clogher. Police are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage.

A man has died following a road traffic collision in Clogher involving a car and a lorry.

The collision happened on the Crossowen Road shortly before 12.40pm on Friday, 31 July 2026.

Emergency Services Attend Clogher Collision

Police received a report that a white MG HS car and a Volvo lorry had been involved in a collision.

Officers attended the scene alongside crews from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.

Medical treatment was provided to several people at the scene. However, a man aged in his 40s died from his injuries a short time later.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dash-Cam Footage

Inspector Stewart, from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Collision Investigation Unit, confirmed that an investigation is under way.

Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or travelled along the Crossowen Road around the time it happened.

Officers are particularly interested in dash-cam footage or other recordings that may assist their enquiries.
