Man charged following Bangor arson investigation
Detectives investigating an arson attack in Bangor have charged a 27-year-old man to court.
The investigation follows an incident at a property in the Balloo Walk area of Bangor during the early hours of Sunday, 6 September.
Police said the man has been charged with a number of offences, including arson with intent to endanger life.
He is expected to appear before Newtownards Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 7 September.

Second man released following Bangor incident
A 23-year-old man who was also arrested as part of the investigation has since been released unconditionally.
Police confirmed that, as is standard procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland.
