Bushcraft Food Smoking Workshop
Join Bushcraft Chief Instructor Rob for a hands-on food smoking workshop and learn the traditional skills behind preparing and flavouring food with smoke.
During the session, you’ll taste a selection of smoked foods and discover how different types of wood can influence flavour and seasoning.
You’ll also learn how to prepare your own brine, manage fire and smoke correctly, and build simple primitive smokers using bushcraft techniques.
