B.R.I.D.L.E Autism-Friendly Horse Riding Sessions at Crindle Stables
B.R.I.D.L.E β Bringing Riding Into Disabled Lives Equally β offers autism-friendly sensory horse riding sessions every Saturday morning at Crindle Stables.
Designed for both children and adults, the sessions provide a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can enjoy the fun, confidence-building and therapeutic benefits of horse riding.
Inclusive Horse Riding for Children and Adults
Crindle Stables aims to make horse riding accessible to everyone.
Each week offers a different experience, which may include horseback games, obstacle courses and peaceful scenic trails. The sessions are designed to help riders build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy positive interaction with horses and ponies.
Families are also encouraged to get involved, making the sessions a welcoming activity for participants and those supporting them.
What the Riding Session Includes
Each B.R.I.D.L.E lesson includes:
25 minutes of riding time on a horse or pony
Mandatory preliminary safety checks
Support with mounting and preparing for the session
Arrival Information
Participants should arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled session time to:
Complete the required forms
Be fitted with a riding hat
Help prepare the horse or pony
Enter the arena and mount safely
