Twa Boadies an a Wheen o’ Yarns
Enjoy an entertaining evening of Ulster storytelling, poetry, local history and humour with Dr David Hume and Davy Moore.
Twa Boadies an a Wheen o’ Yarns promises a lively night of conversation, memorable stories and plenty of good laughs. The pair will share fascinating yarns covering everything from a not-quite coal-mining “disaster” and Johnny Cash to Ulster writers, poets and curious events from days gone by.
There may even be a few unexpected tales involving spiders and mice along the way.
An Evening of Stories, Poetry and Local Heritage
This special event offers audiences the opportunity to enjoy traditional storytelling and explore aspects of Ulster’s history, language and culture in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Expect an engaging mixture of:
