Combining natural woodland soundscapes with therapeutic instruments and voice, this immersive session is designed to create a calming sensory journey surrounded by nature.

A Woodland Sound Experience
During the session, Tessa Ann will combine the sounds of the forest with a range of instruments, including:

Tibetan singing bowls
Crystal singing bowls
Gong
Drum and percussion
Voice
Natural woodland sounds
Set within Finnebrogue Woods, the experience provides an opportunity to slow down, relax and enjoy a peaceful break from the pressures of modern life.

Whether you are looking to unwind, find inspiration or simply enjoy some quiet time surrounded by nature, Echoes of the Wild offers a distinctive wellbeing experience in the Northern Ireland countryside.

Spaces are limited to help create a more personal and relaxed experience.

What to Bring
Participants are encouraged to bring:

A yoga mat, if available – some spares will be provided
A pillow
A blanket
A reusable cup or flask
A bottle for water
Comfortable clothing
Tea, coffee and water will be available throughout the session. Please bring your own cup or bottle for refills.

Chairs can also be provided if required.
