Ballymoney Halloween Fireworks 2026 – Free Family Entertainment at Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre
Get ready for a spooktacular evening of Halloween fun as Ballymoney hosts its annual Halloween celebrations at Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre on Saturday 24 October 2026.

Organised by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, this free family-friendly event promises an exciting programme of live entertainment, fairground attractions, spooky characters, fancy dress competitions and a spectacular fireworks finale.

The celebrations begin with a dedicated quiet hour from 5.30pm to 6.30pm, offering visitors with additional needs an opportunity to enjoy selected activities with reduced noise and lighting.

From 6.30pm, the main Halloween festivities get underway, with performances from CJ Entertainments, Eurekaseekers, Ray Bubbles, fire performers and other entertainers. Families can also enjoy amusement rides, roaming Halloween characters, bubble displays and plenty of seasonal surprises.

Fancy dress competitions will take place from 7pm, with categories for children, teenagers and adults, so visitors of all ages are encouraged to dress up and join the fun.

The highlight of the evening will be the Ballymoney Halloween fireworks display at 8.30pm, lighting up the night sky above Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.

With food stalls, hot drinks, exciting entertainment and activities for the whole family, this promises to be a memorable Halloween celebration in Ballymoney.
