Detectives investigate robbery in Clogher

An incident of robbery occurred on January 11th in the McCrea Park area, and detectives are currently appealing for information regarding the matter. The incident occurred at around 9:30pm when an individual in his 20s was reported to be walking in the area with his dog. He was approached by three unknown individuals, one of whom brandished a knife and swung it at the individual causing an injury to the palm of one of his hands. The assailants then proceeded to search the individual and took a sum of money before making off on foot.

The individual was subsequently treated for his injury at a medical facility. The police are currently conducting enquiries and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed any suspicious behavior in the area to come forward with information.
