Detectives are investigating the theft of an ATM machine from a service station on Antrim Road, Glengormley, which occurred overnight on Wednesday, 12 March.
According to Detective Inspector Lenaghan, a report was received on Wednesday morning stating that an ATM, containing a substantial sum of cash, had been forcibly removed from the wall of the premises. The machine was taken intact from the scene, and police believe the incident took place shortly after 1 AM.
CCTV footage and preliminary investigations suggest that a white van was involved in the robbery. The vehicle reportedly arrived at the service station from Glengormley and fled towards Sandyknowes Roundabout.
Authorities are urging anyone who was in the area at the time or who may have captured dash-cam footage of the incident to assist with the investigation.
