

A young man is in a critical but stable condition in hospital after a single-vehicle crash on Clanabogan Road outside Omagh on Saturday morning, March 14. Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.
A young man remains in a critical but stable condition following a serious Omagh collision on Saturday morning, police have confirmed.
The single-vehicle crash happened on Clanabogan Road outside Omagh shortly before 7.10am on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
According to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), a black Volkswagen Golf left the road.
The driver, a man aged in his late teens, was taken to hospital by air ambulance where he continues to receive treatment for serious injuries.
Police are now appealing to the public for information following the Omagh collision.
Inspector McGale said officers received the report just before 7.10am and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or captured dashcam footage from the area around the time of the collision.

The crash occurred on Clanabogan Road, a rural route outside Omagh in County Tyrone.
