    Tragic Child's Passing Prompts Investigation in Larne

    Police have officially announced the tragic passing of a child following an incident characterized as a ‘medical emergency’ at a residence in Larne.

    Law enforcement received reports of the incident involving a child on Thursday, November 9th, at a property located in the Loran Avenue vicinity of Larne. The child was subsequently transported to a Belfast hospital via air ambulance.

    As of Friday morning, officers are still present at the scene.

    Investigations are ongoing, and a post-mortem examination will be conducted. The precise cause of death remains undisclosed, and the police request that the public refrain from engaging in speculative discussions.
