Masked Attack: Man Dragged from Home in Carrickfergus

Belfast Telegraph have said according to sources, a man was forcibly taken from his residence in Carrickfergus on Thursday evening in an assault believed to be connected to the UVF. Multiple neighbours reportedly witnessed the incident.

The PSNI confirmed that an aggravated burglary occurred shortly before 10 p.m. last night.

Detective Inspector Lyttle emphasized that an investigation is underway and urged witnesses or anyone with pertinent information to come forward.

“To provide information, please call 101, quoting reference number 1977 of 11/04/24,” Lyttle stated.
