Fatal Three-Vehicle Collision in Moy Leaves Three Dead

Three people have died following a devastating road traffic collision in Moy, County Tyrone, late on Saturday night.

The incident occurred on the Armagh Road area of Moy at approximately 10.20pm on Saturday, 21 February 2026.

Emergency Response at Scene

According to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), officers responded to reports of a three-vehicle collision involving:

• A red BMW
• A grey Volkswagen
• A white Audi

Emergency services attended the scene; however, two men aged 31 and 48, along with a 23-year-old woman, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Injuries and Ongoing Treatment

Four other individuals sustained injuries in the collision. Three of those injured are currently receiving medical treatment.

Police have confirmed that enquiries remain ongoing as investigators work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the crash.

Appeal for Information

Assistant Chief Constable Davy Beck has appealed for witnesses or anyone with relevant information to come forward.

Anyone who was in the Armagh Road area of Moy at the time and may have:

• Witnessed the collision
• Captured dashcam footage
• Recorded CCTV or other video evidence

Road Closure

The Armagh Road in Moy remains closed while collision investigation teams continue their work at the scene.

Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes and allow extra time for their journeys.
