

Police investigating the disappearance and murder of Lisa Dorrian have arrested a 40-year-old man in Millisle on suspicion of assisting offenders and withholding information. The arrest comes shortly after the 21st anniversary of her disappearance. Detectives continue to appeal for information from the public.
Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland Major Investigation Team have made a further arrest in connection with the disappearance and murder of Lisa Dorrian.

The arrest forms part of the ongoing investigation into the case, which has remained one of Northern Ireland’s most high-profile unsolved murder inquiries.
Detective Chief Inspector Kerrie Foreman said the latest development comes just days after the 21st anniversary of Lisa Dorrian’s disappearance.
She said:
“The arrest comes days after the 21st anniversary of Lisa’s disappearance and murder.
It’s been 21 long and painful years for Lisa’s loving family. They have never given up their search for answers and justice and, likewise, our determination remains steadfast.”
Police have renewed their appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
