Detectives investigating a shooting incident in the Beverley Road area of Newtownabbey on Monday evening, 6th January, have charged a man to court.
The man, aged 29, was charged with a number of offences, including attempted murder, false imprisonment and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Saturday 11th January.
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
