Detectives have arrested a man in connection with an aggravated burglary that took place in Armagh on February 15th. According to Detective Sergeant McCarragher, the incident occurred around 8:55 pm, when a man armed with a knife forced his way into a house in the Aghanore Walk area. During the incident, a 46-year-old man who was inside the property received stab wounds, sustaining injuries to his neck and hands.
The suspect has been taken into custody on suspicion of related offences. However, enquiries are still ongoing, and the police are urging anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident to contact detectives on 101.
