Police Search for Two Men After BMW Crashes Into Field Near Enniskillen
Police are searching for two men who left the scene after a BMW crashed off the Coa Road near Enniskillen and rolled into a field on Sunday evening.
The vehicle sustained serious damage and a calf was killed in the collision. Police believe the occupants may have been injured and are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage.
Search Underway After Enniskillen Road Collision
Police in Enniskillen are appealing for information as they continue efforts to locate two men following a single-vehicle collision on the Coa Road near Enniskillen.
The incident was reported shortly before 7pm on Sunday, 6 September 2026.
Police said a grey BMW 525D left the road before rolling into a nearby field.
The vehicle sustained serious damage during the collision, while a calf in the field was also killed.
Officers attended the scene alongside colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service.
However, the two male occupants of the BMW had left the scene before emergency services arrived.
Police Search for BMW Occupants
Local Policing Inspector Slevin said officers carried out an extensive search of the surrounding area.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Air Support Unit and a police dog were also deployed during the search.
Inspector Slevin said:
“An extensive search of the area was carried out with the assistance of Air Support Unit and a police dog, but the occupants have not yet been located.”
Police believe the two men may have sustained injuries during the collision.
Inspector Slevin added:
“We believe that the occupants may have been injured and are keen to speak to them as soon as possible.”

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the Enniskillen collision, its aftermath or events leading up to it to come forward.
Officers are particularly interested in relevant mobile phone, CCTV or dash-cam footage.
