People looking for work, considering a career change or interested in apprenticeships are being invited to a major employment event in Dungannon later this month.
The Dungannon Jobs and Apprenticeships Fair will be held on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, from 10am to 1.30pm at South West College – Dungannon Campus.
Entry is free and there is no requirement to book in advance.
The event is being delivered by the Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership in collaboration with Mid Ulster District Council and the Department for Communities.

The event is designed to provide practical information for people at different stages of their careers.
It is open to people currently searching for work as well as those considering a change of career, returning to employment or looking to develop new skills.
School leavers and young people exploring their future career options can also attend.
Full details about the event are available on the Mid Ulster District Council Jobs Fair page.
Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Councillor Deirdre Varsani, said bringing the event to Dungannon for the first time would help connect local people with employers across the district.
She said:
“Bringing the Mid Ulster Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair to Dungannon for the first time provides an excellent opportunity to connect local people with the many employers and career opportunities available in Dungannon and across the wider district.
“For anyone looking for their next opportunity, the fair provides the chance to speak directly with employers, ask questions and gain a better understanding of what they are looking for.
“It is also an excellent opportunity to find out more about apprenticeships and the different routes available into employment.
“I would encourage anyone considering their next career move to come along, explore the opportunities on offer and make use of the advice and support available on the day.”
Careers and employability advice will also be available during the fair.
Anyone attending is encouraged to bring an up-to-date CV, where possible.
Having a CV available could help visitors introduce themselves to prospective employers and discuss vacancies that may suit their experience and skills.
However, attendees do not need to have a particular job or career in mind before attending.
Those interested in studying, training or apprenticeship opportunities can also find more information through South West College.
