Fleadh Uladh Returns to Warrenpoint
Fleadh Uladh returns to Warrenpoint, County Down, for eight days of traditional music, song, dance, language and cultural celebration.

The provincial festival brings together performers, competitors, families and music enthusiasts from across all nine counties of Ulster and beyond.

A Celebration of Irish Traditional Culture
Fleadh Cheoil, meaning “feast of music”, combines competitions, performances and cultural events celebrating the rich traditions of Irish music and heritage.

Visitors can expect a packed programme featuring traditional musicians, singers, dancers and Irish-language activities, with events designed for all ages.

The festival offers an opportunity to experience the indigenous culture of Ireland while enjoying the atmosphere of Warrenpoint and the surrounding area.

Eight Days of Events in Warrenpoint
This year’s Fleadh Uladh programme will run across eight days, with a wide variety of performances, competitions and family-friendly activities taking place throughout the town.

Visitors are encouraged to collect a programme in advance and plan their Fleadh Uladh experience.

Important Visitor Information
The children’s play area at Warrenpoint Municipal Park will be temporarily closed from 5pm on Friday 24 July 2026 until 9pm on Sunday 26 July 2026 to allow Ulster Fleadh performances to take place safely.
