It’s a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that originated as a martial art but has evolved into a powerful tool for holistic health.

Because it treats the mind and body as an interconnected system, the benefits are surprisingly broad. Tai Chi is particularly effective because it strengthens the body without the strain associated with high-impact sports. Waterworks from 10am to 11am on: Friday 24 July, Friday 31 July, Friday 4 August, Friday 11 August and Friday 18 August.
