

A 20-year-old man has died after a single-vehicle crash involving a grey BMW in Dervock, Co Antrim, in the early hours of Sunday morning. Police are appealing for witnesses.
A 20-year-old man has tragically died following a road traffic collision in Co Antrim.
The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning on the Castlecat Road in Dervock. Police received a report of the crash shortly before 1am, which involved a grey BMW.
Emergency services attended the scene, and the driver, who was from the Crossgar area, was taken to hospital for treatment. He later passed away as a result of his injuries.
Detective Inspector Stewart from the Collision Investigation Unit confirmed that the road was closed overnight while enquiries were carried out. The Castlecat Road has since reopened to motorists.
Police investigations are ongoing, and officers are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or captured relevant footage to come forward.
