Fermanagh and Omagh District Council will continue its December illuminations programme by lighting Enniskillen Castle and Strule Arts Centre in a series of symbolic colours throughout December 2025. Running each evening from 6pm to midnight, the illuminations support major awareness campaigns and commemorative events across Northern Ireland.
Both buildings will be illuminated red on Monday 1 December for World AIDS Day, in partnership with Positive Life NI.
This initiative supports the #STOPSTIGMA campaign, promoting equality for sexual health alongside mental and physical health. Positive Life NI continues to advocate for ending HIV-related stigma and encourages Northern Ireland to commit to the WHO goal of zero HIV diagnoses by 2030.
