Police have confirmed that a 37-year-old man has been charged following a serious road traffic collision in West Belfast on Sunday 24th August 2025.
The incident took place in the Black Ridge View area, where three children – two girls and a boy – were struck by a car. All three were taken to hospital for treatment. Their injuries, while serious, are not believed to be life-threatening.

He is scheduled to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 26th August.
As is standard procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
