Two Men Charged After Cannabis Factory Discovered in Hillsborough

Two men have been charged following the discovery of a cannabis factory in Hillsborough, County Down.

Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Organised Crime Unit made the discovery on Friday, 7th March. The two men, aged 22 and 32, have been charged with multiple offences, including possession of a Class B controlled drug, possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, and cultivating cannabis.

Both men are due to appear before Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 10th March.

A police spokesperson confirmed that investigations are ongoing.
