Join MACP’s first-ever From the Dark Into Light 5K walk in Coalisland on Saturday 10th May 2025. The early morning event starts at 5:00 AM at Fianna GAA Club to raise awareness and support for suicide prevention and grief counselling. All support—presence, donation, or simply sharing the word—matters deeply.

A Community Walk With a Purpose

In the heart of Mid-Ulster, the Mid-Ulster Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MACP) is making a meaningful difference. Based in Coalisland, this vital organisation is supporting individuals affected by suicide and grief, offering local, free, and confidential counselling services to those most in need.

Now, MACP is calling on the community to come together for their very first “From the Dark Into Light” 5K Walk.

Alongside them, accredited practitioners help individuals with complex challenges, such as suicide ideation and self-harm. This walk is more than just a morning stroll—it’s a message of hope, unity, and compassion.

No registration is required—just turn up, take part, or simply show support by sharing this message.
