Man Sexually Assault While Walking His Dog

PSNI are currently investigating a reported serious sexual assault that occurred on January 7th in the Woodvale Avenue area of North Belfast. According to Detective Sergeant Corry, at approximately 7:30 PM, a man in his 40s was walking with his two dogs when he was approached by three unknown individuals and sexually assaulted. The suspects are described as three men in their 40s, each approximately 5ft 8 inches in height. The first suspect is described as stocky, bald, and wearing a multi-coloured top, the second as slim-built with stubble, wearing a black top, and the third as stocky, believed to be wearing a grey tracksuit top, grey tracksuit bottoms, and white trainers, with a spiral design tattoo on his inner forearm.

The police are actively seeking information and encourage anyone who may have seen individuals fitting the described suspect’s profile in the area around the time of the reported assault to contact the police at 101, referencing reference number 291 08/01/23.
