Urgent Appeal for Donations and Support

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We at Just Like Home Pet Sitting are reaching out to you with an urgent plea. Our rescue centre is currently overwhelmed with an influx of animals, many of which were on the brink of being put to sleep due to overcrowded pounds. We are committed to saving as many of these innocent lives as possible, but we cannot do it alone. We need your help.

What We Need:

  • Old Bedding and Towels: Any old bedding or towels you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
  • Leads, Collars, and Harnesses: These are essential for the safety and comfort of our rescues.
  • Dog Food (Wet/Dry) and Puppy Food (Wet/Dry): We are in constant need of nutritious food for dogs of all ages.
  • Crates: Safe spaces for our rescues to rest and recover.
  • Pee Mats: Essential for maintaining cleanliness in our facilities.
  • Miscellaneous Supplies: Anything else you think could be useful for our rescues is welcome.

How You Can Help:

  • Donations: Even a small contribution can make a big difference. Every pound counts towards saving a life.
  • Supplies: Please drop off donations at 15 Bluefield Road, Carrickfergus. If you cannot drop them off, we are happy to arrange a pick-up. Just send us a message, and we will coordinate the details.

Innovative Fundraising Ideas: We are also exploring new ways to raise funds, such as football scratch cards. Participants have a chance to win money, with the remaining proceeds going directly to support our rescues. We welcome any thoughts and suggestions on this initiative as we strive to find sustainable solutions during these challenging times.

Your support is the cornerstone of our mission. Without the generosity and kindness of our community, none of this would be possible. We are immensely grateful for your continued help and encouragement.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,

The Just Like Home Pet Sitting Team
