Police in Belfast are reissuing an appeal for information after a female jogger was sexually assaulted in the Glen Road area on Monday 19th May. The suspect, described as a slim white male in his mid to late teens, fled toward the Falls Road. Anyone with information or CCTV is urged to contact the PSNI.
Belfast, Northern Ireland – 20 May 2025:
The Police Service of Northern Ireland has reissued its appeal for information following a reported sexual assault in West Belfast.
The incident occurred in the Glen Road area at approximately 5.50am on Monday 19th May, when a female jogger was approached and assaulted by an unknown male.
Chief Inspector Claire Hamilton provided the following description of the suspect:
“The male is believed to be aged in his mid to late teens, white, of slim build, and was wearing a dark coloured coat with the hood up. He was last seen heading in the direction of the Falls Road.”
