If you’re looking for a dessert that’s not only a treat for your taste buds but also a feast for the eyes, you’ve landed on the right page. This pastry-free tart is a symphony of flavours and textures, showcasing the natural sweetness of apples, pears, and clementine oranges, complemented by the richness of blueberries, cashew nuts, and raisins. The result? A dessert that leaves you craving for more.

Ingredients:
– 3 Apples (Sliced finely)
– 3 Pears (Sliced finely)
– 4 Clementine oranges (peeled And segmented, 1 for garnish)
– 200g Blueberries
– 200g Cashew nuts
– 200g Raisins
– 3 Eggs
– 1 cup of Self-raising flour
– 1 cup of Milk
– 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons of Granulated sugar
– 2 tablespoons of Butter
– 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat and Prepare: Start by preheating your oven to a toasty 180 degrees. While it warms up, gather a large shallow ovenproof dish or tray. With a tablespoon of butter, generously grease the edges and the inside of the dish. Sprinkle in the blueberries, ensuring an even distribution, and follow by adding the cashew nuts and raisins.

2. Create the Fruit Canvas: Place clementine orange segments in rows of four across and four down. Then, elegantly layer the finely sliced pears across the dish, creating beautiful rows.

3. Prepare the Sweet Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the remaining butter along with 2 tablespoons of water, a hint of sugar, and half a tablespoon of cinnamon. Cook this delightful concoction for 3-4 minutes until it becomes wonderfully soft.

4. Batter Up: While the sauce is simmering, take a large bowl and crack in the eggs. Add sugar and vanilla, then whisk until the mixture becomes light and frothy. Introduce the flour and mix thoroughly. Slowly pour in the milk, creating a smooth and luscious batter.

5. Bring It All Together: By now, the apples should be tender from their stint in the saucepan. Spread them across the prepared dish. Pour the batter evenly over the entire mix.

6. Into the Oven: Place the dish into the preheated oven and let it work its magic for 15 minutes. After this initial bake, sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.

7. Serve and Enjoy: This masterpiece can be served either hot or cold. For an extra touch of citrusy freshness, accompany it with clementine oranges. If you’re feeling indulgent, pair it with a dollop of cream or custard. Finish off by dusting a little extra cinnamon on top for that final touch of perfection.

Get ready to indulge in a dessert that not only captivates your taste buds but also doubles as a visual delight. This pastry-free tart is sure to become a favorite in your repertoire of delectable desserts.
