A gorse fire is currently burning at Cavehill.
Two fire appliances have been dispatched to the scene.
Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service have advised people to avoid the area while the situation is continuing.
They have also advised households in the neighbourhood should keep their doors and windows shut.
