Sadly a man in his 40’s has lost his life after an incident in Carrickfergus this morning.
The man who lost his life has been reported to be from Ballycastle.
Reports say the man had been trapped under a heavy goods vehicle.
The incident happened just off the Knockagh Road, Carrickfergus.
NI Air Ambulance and emergency services responded to the emergency shortly after 9 am this morning.
The PSNI are still at the scene of the incident.
