Limerick crash: Boy, 12, dies as the car he was driving collides with a Lorry
The sad news of a 12-year-old boy that has died after the car he was driving collided with a Lorry.
The car the boy was driving collided with a Lorry, just before 02:00 on Friday, near the village of Adare, County Limerick
The boy was the car’s only occupant, in the accident.
The Lorry driver who is a man in his 40s was unhurt but is said to be in a state of shock.
The N21 at Rineroe has been cordoned off by the Gardaí for forensic examination.
Garda has appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
