A probe by the anti-corruption unit has led to the suspension of two PSNI officers.
While police investigations continue, the two police officers have been suspended.
Following their arrest on Thursday by the Anti-Corruption Unit, two PSNI officers have been suspended.
After being questioned, the officers were later freed on bail pending further enquiries.
The arrests are related to alleged misconduct in public office, according to police prior statements.
Two male police officers who were detained by the PSNI’s Anti-Corruption Unit on June 23 in the Greater Belfast region were later released on bail and will be subject to additional questioning at a later date.
Police continue their investigations.
