Detectives in Belfast are appealing for information following the report of a robbery at a shop in the Jasmine Way area of Dunmurry this morning (Thursday, August 13th).

It was reported that at around 11.00 am this morning, two male entered the shop, one was armed with a screwdriver and threatened the staff and demanded money. They made off with a quantity of cigarettes and money.

The first male is described as being around 6ft tall, of slim build, wearing a light blue coat, grey shorts and white mask. The second male is described as being around 5’9” in height, of slim build, wearing a black hooded top, black shorts and a knee bandage. He is believed to have a scar on his face.

Detectives are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with any information that can assist with the investigation to contact detectives in Musgrave Police Station on 101, quoting reference 619 13/08/20.
