SALTED CHILLI CHICKEN IN A HONEY CHILLI SAUCE
Honey chili chicken is a delicious non-vegetarian recipe that is loved by chicken lovers for its a flavours. It is served as a side dish and best enjoyed during home parties or family gatherings.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 sliced carrot
- 3 mix peppers
- 5 pineapple rings in chunks
- 2 spring onions sliced
- Oil
- 5 chicken fillets
Instructions

5 chicken fillets sliced

Mix in plain flour until coated

Added to 6 eggs mixed, a few at a time

Add to the flour mix

Flour mix 500g plain Flour

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp chilli powder

2 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp black pepper

2 tbsp sea salt

Deep fried medium heat until golden and set aside

Pan mix
-
2 sliced onions

1 sliced carrot
-
3 mix peppers

5 pineapple rings in chunks

2 spring onions sliced

Cook in oil 2 tbsps

Until they start to soften add
-
600g sweet chilli
-
250g honey
-
2tbsp soya sauce
-
Cook of for 10/15 minutes

Deep fry chicken and add to your sauce
