David set up a facebook group to help people with their baking during isolation. The page now has over 40,000 members in a few days. The group is called Home cooking recipes isolating chef

Fresh Bread
Ingredients
- 750 g plain flour
- 25 g of fresh yeast
- 10 g salt
- 10 g of sugar
- 50 g traditional oats
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 500 ml of lukewarm water
Instructions

Straight dough is a single-mix process of making bread. The dough is made from all fresh ingredients, and they are all placed together and combined in one kneading or mixing session. After mixing, a bulk fermentation rest of about 1 hour or longer occurs before division. It is also called the direct dough method.

Pre heat Oven to 180c and then leave for 24 Minutes until golden brown
